“Obviously we look for a little bit of experience in either the construction industry or in stone in particular, but it’s not required,” said Stone Division Manager John Otway. ” We’ll bring in anyone who is a hard worker and who is willing to learn and we’ll teach them.”

As the top partner of home builders in West Michigan, Advanced Interiors Stone Fabrication Facility set a production record a year ago. With our expanding retail and commercial divisions, we’re looking to add to our record setting staff.

“The biggest thing is gonna be hard workers,” said Stone Installation Team Leader Garrett Culver. “Obviously, people who can get along well with the team. People who are very personable. We do a lot of face to face with customers and homeowners.”
